What a lucky Bichon, a beautiful portrait by Susan, lounging on their beautiful chaise doggie bed.

Thanks, Ya'll. One of the nice thing about doing portraits, is painting things I'd never have thought to paint on my own. This one was an exercise in painting something white and only using pure white for a few touches of "frosting." Makes me want to set up a still life arrangement of all white objects to for a more extensive exercise.

The looks like quite the Pampered Pooch! The curly fur and expressive eyes are wonderful. Another beautiful painting. I like your idea about doing an all white still life exercise. Sounds fun since white is so complex...at least to me!

BTW...love your new "About Me" photo!
