Finished Landscape

I had several landscape angels who helped me with advice on this painting. I'm pleased with the results. I also finished the little Renaissance girl today, but didn't get decent photos, so will post it tomorrow.

It came out great Susan. I was hoping to see a finished piece today.
I see you worked on it a bit more. It looks really solid. Good job.

Well-Well,Susan,
When is the next landscape painting.
This painting is complete to ones mind, and to live at waters edge.
The filtered light, light to dark, and the colors in the water =Great, job well done.

Woo Hoo, It came out fantastic. I can't believe you think you can't paint landscapes. You can't say that anymore, we just don't want to hear it, lol. They'll love this.

I think the sunlight coming through on the left is dynamic! They will love it! It's snowing here today, so I am curious, will you be painting tonight?

This is a nice work. I would like to be sitting on that porch with a cup of coffee watching my fishing pole.

Hi Susan,

Just wonderful. I'm sorry I haven't commented in a few days. I've been working round the clock. You are so good. I watched one of your videos the other day, and was just amazed. I am learning so much from you.

Take care and Merry Christmas,

Barbara

The water really draws the viewer into the painting. Beautiful piece, Susan! I'd love to be there.

Thank all of you terrific artists for your very kind words about the landscape. I'd like to feel more confident about them. Guess there are more landscapes in my future if I want that!

Well, you did it! It looks great! The people who commissioned it will surely be very pleased. Great job! That should give you the confidence to do more "landscape portraits" in the future.
