Nov 4 online painting - Yellow Lab

Today I started this 11 x 14 oil from this photo reference, and I continued work on it tonight on www.ustream.tv/channel/susancarlin this evening. It was fun hanging out with the usual suspects and a couple of surprise visitors. But I completely forgot to push "Start Recording" so there's no record of the session. Ah well. I'll try to remember next time. Thanks, Ya'll!

Susan, I love this! The colors are really nice and it looks so real. I got to watch some of your painting session, but I didn't see the end.

Was I a surprise visitor? I'm not too familiar with the system. Shame I missed the beginning and got pulled away shortly after I came in. Beautiful job I enjoyed what little I saw thanks much!

Ah, must have been the excitement of the day, not age. Heh, heh. It is a beautiful painting.

He turned out so well Susan. We should have asked if you were recording, we're supposed to have your back, right? Oh well, people missed out, they should have been there to see it live, lol. I hope things are good in your life.

I love how you pulled the background colors of the flowers into the dog's coat - really nice painting!

Such a beautiful rendering. For a moment I thought you painted my dog, Lucy.

Hi Susan,

This a beautiful portrait of one of my
favorite kinds of dog. Just superb.
My internet has been so slow for the
past week that it's been hard to comment. Great work.

Take care,

Barbara

And when I scrolled down there is so much more to see...
What is the online thing/? Guess I'll have to investigate further.
Anyhow... I started praising the dog painting... Now I'm drooling all over it all... I WILL be backk!
