True, AND, for me, it's the way I make my living! These little ones are $80., including the shipping. $100 framed. Please don't feel any obligation... I did this one as one of the ones I intend to start selling on eBay again. Over two years have passed since the year (2005) I did that, and I've missed it. Your daughter was fun to paint! Thank you for the compliments on my choices.Susan Carlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06110529181768705593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18183797.post-2663502683100655112008-05-10T21:01:00.000-05:002008-05-10T21:01:00.000-05:00Thanks, Jo (I think). Thanks, Jo (I think).Susan Carlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06110529181768705593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18183797.post-62507518736352714772008-05-10T20:36:00.000-05:002008-05-10T20:36:00.000-05:00How neat to see your take on Sammi in her grandma'...How neat to see your take on Sammi in her grandma's garden! It's flattering to see one's children immortalized on canvas and from an artistic standpoint, I like the way the white gate balances the brightness of the figure. And smart move, putting flowers in her hand instead of the bubble stuff - suits the surroundings better - I wish I'd used that kind of artistic license when I painted the photo! <BR/>I'm going to guide her grandmas to the blog to see it - is it for sale?Angela Fehrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14348875452757012357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18183797.post-75817662776553143412008-05-10T17:54:00.000-05:002008-05-10T17:54:00.000-05:00Very cool indeed (for a non flower painter)!Very cool indeed (for a non flower painter)!Jo Castillohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00411430042547033972noreply@blogger.com
